I'm Göktürk Günay.

Throughout my education, I have developed a theoretical understanding of the consumer behavior and marketing. While studying, I also had the opportunity to use that theoretical knowledge in practice by working for a company in a related field. During the last 2 years of my education, I worked for the biggest telecommunication company in Turkey as a web sites manager.

I am responsible for creating the service design of the new projects that the company wants to publish on the mobile app (+7 million MAU). I brief the UX / UI teams and make sure the product and the needs for the service is well understood. Coordinating with developers and deciding on how to solve the problems when they arise is also a responsibility of mine. Recently, an investment app that I am responsible for is also published to the store.

I assisted the company with the management of 2 of their main web sites on SharePoint. My team and I was working to ensure that the content in our web sites is in line with the company standards. Moreover, with the help of the third-party agencies, we did SEO experiments and analyzed the results with the related analytical findings. I also managed the processes with the third-party agencies that the company work with.

Supporting the company by helping with the existing CMS, providing content for the website and helping to design the experience. I had the opportunity to work in an agile work environment and experienced organizational changes while working there.

Helped the company by creating contents for the national media and the website. Took part in the organization of the events done / sponsored by the brand.
